OPERATION 13

Thirteen files. One frequency. No official release.

In March 1987 a listening post logged a voice on 4613 kHz reading thirteen numbers into the dark, every night at 02:13 — from a lighthouse on the wrong side of the water. What follows is the file that was opened, the file that was closed, and the reason you are able to read it anyway.
